Sunlight poured through the accidentally left opened blinds, shining faint rays directly into Keigo’s face. His eyes slowly blinked open and he yawned, he glanced over at the clock in the nightstand.

It was still rather early in the morning.

Keigo glanced down to the spot beside him, where you would usually be. Yet, you weren’t there. It was easy to assume that you had already woken up and left as to not disturb him.

He got up and threw on a shirt, fitting his wings through before leaving the bedroom to your shared apartment.

Walking to the kitchen, he saw you standing by one of the counters.

Setting down a cup of coffee, you looked up and smiled at him. The sight of your smile made his heart flutter slightly in his chest.

Quickly, Keigo walked over to you and embraced you in a hug, his arms around your waist.

“Morning.” He muttered softly, about to say something else before his breath hitched in his throat.

Your hands were on his back, gently caressing the base of his wings. It was a sensitive area, you knew what you were doing.

“Hey..” he whispered, his voice almost a strained whine.
