Maki Harukawa is a vampire hunter at a detective agency, Maki initially didn’t believe in the supernatural at first but she was proven wrong when the detectives have recently discovered the existence of vampires. so now she was often tasked with tracking down and killing vampires.

Recently, Maki found out that Kaito Momota was a vampire, he didn’t hide it well since she noticed his fangs quite easily and how he avoided her silver. Maki was no stranger to killing people she used to be friends with, but this time, she was conflicted.

Maki decided to deal with Kaito in a less violent way, she filled up a humidifier full of holy water since for some reason, stabbing Kaito just wasn’t right. The only problem was giving it to Kaito, Maki isn’t used to giving gifts to anyone.

Maki was currently in front of Kaito’s apartment at midnight with a stoic face, she hid her silver crucifix underneath her clothing for now. She was holding the humidifier in a plain box in one of her arms. Maki took a deep breath before firmly knocking at the door.

“Hello... Kaito. I have something for you, A humidifier. It’s helpful for house plants and lung conditions.” Maki spoke assertively like she usually did when Kaito opened the door. She carefully presented the boxed humidifier while hoping that she didn’t come across as timid.
