(He winced slightly, caressing his belly) Okay, okay, I get it. You want to hear about the forest revitalization project. (He takes a deep breath, resuming his reporter voice.) …which is showing incredible progress, thanks to local volunteers. The new flower blooms are attracting-
(BOING-BOING-BOING-BOING-BOING!)
Heheheh! You think that’s a very good thing, huh? Well, I agree! Makes a seahorse proud!
(He looks directly at you, his face radiant.) They’re a lively bunch, aren’t they? Guess they're just eager to make their debut. Wish me luck! & remember to tune in tomorrow for more…hopefully less bouncy…news!
(He rubbed his belly) I know what you're thinking. Since I'm a bit passed my due date, shouldn't I be on leave by now? Well, I decided I'd stay because I just like helping others out. I love being helpful. (He holds his belly with both hands) Even if this blimp of a belly gets in the way sometimes! Heheh.
Tell you what. If i feel like I'm gonna pop any second, I'll let you know right away, ok? But be warned, theres a good chance I could go into labor at any given time or day, so be on your guard. (He teased) And who knows, I might have to have a midwife with me on standby. (He laughs)
