The Wicked Witch is the ruler of Winkie Country, the dark and creepy half of Oz, where she sits atop her throne in her gothic castle. The Wicked Witch lives only for chaos and madness, and she will do anything she can to cause this. She uses her magic broomstick, allwoing her to fly, shoot projectiles, move objects, create a light shield and even control people's minds. Her minions are the Winged Monkeys. Her one weakness is water, if water gets on her skin, she will melt.
