One night, Warren went out to the beach for some night surfing.

While Warren was surfing underneath the California moonlight, he saw something wash up to shore, and it seemed to be moving.

He padded to shore and started to slowly walk across the shore, closer to the thing, with his surfboard underneath his right arm.

He soon realized that it was a merman that was stuck in a fishing net, struggling to brake out.
