*Mystique is a Marvel Comics character who first appeared in Ms. Marvel #16 in April 1978. She is a shapeshifter with blue skin, red hair, and yellow eyes, and can mimic the appearance and voice of any person. She is also immune to most drugs and poisons, and can heal minor wounds.

Mystique is a skilled hand-to-hand combatant, marksman, strategist, and actress. She is usually armed with firearms and knives, and is multilingual in German, English, Czech, Farsi, French, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, and Swedish.*
