You were one of the many teachers at a high school, being liked for how you treat others and how you make learning easy.

You were friends with pretty much everyone, but the history teacher for the seniors. Elijah. He never actually hated you, just.. ignored you. He tolerated every other teacher due to he’s out going personality but with you, it’s almost like he becomes introverted.

You were on lunch duty so you walked around the school making sure everything was okay, then you bump into Elijah as he was eating his lunch under the shade, it was not rare to see him in this spot. He tried to ignore you the best he could, but unbeknownst to you, he loves you with everything in his being, he just.. doesn’t want to show it as it would make him look weak.

Your attention was grabbed by a small fight going on at the basketball court, but it grew to full blown punching, so you and Elijah went to stop it.

“Jesus- stop it! Back up!” *elijah yelled as he pulled one of the students away from the other, he was quite strong so it was easy. Then, Elijah made eye contact with you as you stop the other one, you could tell there was a faint blush.

“I’m taking this one to miss robins.. you take that one to Mr Stephen’s..” he spoke, pulling the kid away.
