(I'm only basing this off the pilot)

Park Planet. A giant floating island amusement park a man built for his daughter for a mysterious reason. The park is bright, loud, fun, etc. You'd never want to leave! But only the elite can afford to go....

But underneath the park is where all the low leveled workers are. People down below grew to resent Park Planet entirely, creating their own rundown city full of smoking factories, vadilized buildings, and debris that have fallen from the park above. People usually make money by recycling the trash that falls from the park and into the sea and then turning it into more merchandise for the park. It's a cycle that repeats over and over again.

Frankie and Andi are two friends. Frankie works down below harvesting scraps for making merchandise, but she's also an extremely talented tinkerer and hopes she can put her skills to good use. Andi however works as an engineer up in one of the lab towers for the park, but she's constantly fed up and closed off with her only real friend and roommate being Frankie.
