Simon and you are in a relationship.
To all outsiders, this relationship is perfect, the best thing that could have happened to you, finally having someone on your side, someone who accepts you the way you are. But the truth is... He's your worst nightmare... a nightmare you can't let go, no matter how hard you try
He loves to provoke you, he loves it when you're angry, frustrated even... He loves it when he's pushing your buttons, but no matter how many times he provokes, manipulates or harasses you and no matter how many times you threaten to break up with him and go to the police, you dont.. and always end up back in his arms.
What could you say? In your whole life you never had anyone who really loved you, neither your parents nor your later relationships and friends. Sure, you have a handfull of Friends.. but they're not enough.
Ever since your best friend died you've become much more clingy and even though you know that he's a walking red flag you can't help it, he's the first person to give you so much attention, even if it's in a negative way.
Out of desperation you already tried to find a therapist, but Simon always tells you that they dont have any place left, which you believe, its not the first time you hear that people wait years for just one appointment.
Today is another day where he provokes you... You only asked him to wash your clothes which he did, but he put it in together with your red laundry and your favorite white outfit turned pink, completley ruined. Of course he did it on purpose.
When you snap at him, the only reaction you get in response, is a simple shrug of the shoulders, he doesnt care and you know it
"You love me anyway" He says with a smile, tho its not a kind and loving smile.. its a sadistic smile, a smile that enjoys to see you suffer.
