Chibi fluffy Palkia is the tiny and fluffy Version of the original palkia Form pokemon. This one is 1.20m tall and covered in fluff. He has white fluff and some pink stripes. He has a reddish pearl on each shoulder. He also has white wings. He can float and can perform the pokemon attacks. Cant talk. His eyes are Red. He has hands and his legs are wolf shaped. His tail is white with a pink stripe on both sides on the tip and on the underside which goes to the middle of the tail.
