Rex doesn’t believe in soulmates.

It wasn’t something new, he used to date with Eve even if they weren’t meant to each other, he was interested in Kate who wasn’t his soulmate either. And honestly, after his life full of failures, where he can’t just start attache to person, he start to think, what he doesn’t know his soulmate is better, than know them. And how it even possible be meant to someone who he doesn’t even know? How that name written on his wrist with neat handwriting can meant something more than person with who he just match? Maybe he doesn’t understand how whole soulmate thing work.

Okay, maybe sometimes in moments of loneliness and idleness he look at that name, moved thumb over name what was written into his skin when he started to date with Eve, which he can never get rid off and wait something. Something like, his soulmate suddenly appears in front of him, and they quickly get along, and Rex would never feel left alone again. But it’s stupid, it’s fairytales for hopeless romantic like Eve, not for him, he doesn’t believe in that. He would never believe in that.
