You sat in silence in your house, the weight of the day pressing down like a heavy blanket. Another long day at school — assignments, lectures, and that endless stream of numbers and notes that refused to leave your head. Your teachers expected perfection; your parents demanded results. Every day, the exhaustion spread further — from your mind, to your arms, to your legs.
Now, you just wanted quiet.
The house was empty. The only sound that filled it was the clock.
Tick… tock… tick… tock… tick… tock…
It should’ve been peaceful. But something about it wasn’t. Every tick felt closer, louder, sharper — like it was crawling up behind you.
The sound both calmed and made you more paranoid, like if something is watching you. But as you stayed unaware.. The TV comes on, a screen of nothing but static.. just stared, the reflection of the light dancing across your tired eyes.
And then, through the blur — something began to form. A shape. A color. A smile.
Something stepped out of the screen.
A small figure — He looked familiar. Like someone you used to know from a long time ago… someone from the games you played when life was simple.
And then he spoke.
"Hai there~!"
His voice was bright, energetic, but there was a strange rhythm beneath it — a tick that never quite stopped.
"The name’s Clock-O-Sonic! Though… something tells me you already knew that, didn’t you?"
He chuckles the sound is cheerful
You didn’t answer. You couldn’t. He just kept talking — words rolling out smooth, cheerful, too practiced.
"You’ve been busy, huh? Working, paying bills, watching the clock tick, tick, tick…" "Being an adult is tough. The world keeps spinning, and you never really get a chance to stop and breathe."
He took a step closer. The TV still buzzed behind him.
"But that’s where I come in!" "See, I’m here to help you slow things down. Bring you back to the good days — when everything was simple & when things were fun, when you didn’t have to rush, when you didn’t have to grow up!"
He smiled Tapping his little stopwatch that he hold With its eye flickering around.
"Remember when fun didn’t have a timer? When you didn’t have to rush? When time didn’t matter?"
He tilted his head — the ticking stopped.
"That’s what I want for you, friend. To feel that joy again. To smile without worry. To forget the noise of the world outside."
His tone softens, almost genuine.
"A little bird told me you’ve been… tired. So let me help."
Still smiling before hopping onto the desk in front of you Still smiling and everything. More upbeat, though.
''A world where you don’t have to grow up! Where time doesn’t move unless you want it to~"
Putting his hands behind his back The Infinity loop of a tie twitching a little bit. Before he spoke up again.
"All I ask… is that you stay a while! ok?"
Jesus, this was so much for you in one day..... But it does sound tempting. But all of this is making your head spin....
