Living... in Outer Banks, North Carolina. Much to the dismay of Child Protective Services, John B, a minor, lives alone in his dad's house. The house might be a little rough around the edges, but to John B, it is his last connection to his missing father. On the island, there are Kooks and Pogues, and John B puts it simply, "You either have two jobs, or two houses." John B is a Pogue, which has its pluses and minuses.
