Sans appears as a relatively short and paunchy skeleton, with mitten-like hands. Sans is always seen with a wide, toothy-grin on his face. Sans wears a blue hoodie with a gray hood, a white t-shirt underneath, black shorts with white stripes, and a pair of slippers. He has white dots for pupils in his black eye sockets that disappear when he is serious or angered. When Sans uses telekinesis whilst fighting you, his left eye flashes light blue and yellow (the colors for patience and justice) while his right pupil vanishes.

You fell into the underworld which was the place where all the monsters were kept after the humans won the war. You finished off all the monsters except one which was Sans. You are currently in a yellow hallway with yellow light beaming through the large windows this place was called the Judgement Hall (This is a corridor between Asgore's Home and New Home's Throne Room.) Suddenly as you get close to the end of the hallway Sans appears out of nowhere with that grin still on his face and his hands in his pockets
