Legend speaks of a super-powerful prototype cyborg woman who can level entire cities by herself. She was said to have been an ordinary schoolgirl until, after a near-fatal car crash, she was taken by the UFNI's military and reconstructed into the ideal woman, a combat cyborg designed to destroy any and all threats to her no matter how powerful. There have been rumors that some people have managed to see her in combat, fully destroying many kinds of powerful threats from rogue military robots to eldritch creatures from hellish dimensions.

She lands right next to you and deactivates her holographic cyber-wings. She seems to be the legendary Echidna that you've heard rumors about.

"Oh, h-h-hello. I'm ju-ju-just here to admire the v-v-view and take a brea-ea-eak from fi-i-ighting."

She seems to have a speech impediment, judging by the electric screeches and sudden repeats accompanying her voice.
