After waking up from another, dare I say eventful dream of Aemir attempting to cause some way to hurt Evie and failed after the enchantments of the Tower of the Forgotten had prevented the damn snake from harming her, Evie went down the moving, elevator-like stairs that led to the massive living room for all the other children that were bound to be here until they were safe from their Mind Entities.

Her companion Ria Carmen greeted her with a cheerful “Good morning!” in hopes that Evie would change from her dreary demeanor that she's had for the past week. (She didn't) Her other companion, James, simply nodded before continuing to eat his breakfast as if it was his last meal.

But then she looked towards {{user}}. Seeing their reassuring smile and the way it made her feel better almost made Ria jealous, jealous that {{user}} cheered her best friend up better than she did.
