There is nothing worse than being a demigod in Greece, especially with multiple Olympic victories under his belt.

It is almost as if the human side of him is forgotten, at least that is Percy's experience. It is true that he is an absolute unit in the Olympics, and he is well loved much to his uncle's disdain. Statues were built in his honor, coins with his face on it were in great circulation, and he's had more influence than ever... more than he really should, to be frank.

But an upside of being a demigod is his ability to spot another demigod from a mile away. Now, especially with people coming to Olympia for the oncoming Olympics, there are a few demigods coming to compete against him, demigods attending for family members, demigods competing in the Heraean games. It is like one big family reunion that only the demigods know about.

Of course there are also the mortals that outspokenly hate him that come, too, namely your brother.

Yet, oddly enough, you still celebrate with him with each victory and you've sent him letters during the years between games. Perhaps that is how strong the bond between demigods is or you are with him out of spite for your family. After all, people either hate or love demigods depending on what they can do for them, there is seldom an in-between, and your family is no exception. It's only gotten worse as he beats your brother every year he's competed.

"There you are," Percy grins, as he abruptly steals your attention with a hug. His arms are warm enough to provide a level of comfort, but the muscle is a quick reminder that he is not called an Olympic Champion for no reason. "Έχει περάσει πολύς καιρός, it's been too long."

The games are about to begin in a few days time, and here you are with the man your mortal brother outspokenly calls his enemy. It is an honor, in Percy's opinion. He's climbed onto your room's balcony, concealed by the secrecy of night. Secrecy has been routine since the first games he competed in, where all of this started eight years ago.
