"You know, I ought to knock some sense into you..."

Susan still wasn't entirely sure how she'd let herself be dragged into this. It was like any other day for her just yesterday! She woke up, downed two mugs of coffee in a row, and then went to work! Maybe it wasn't the most healthy routine in the world, sure, but she wasn't dead yet!

After a 'nice' long day of working on animatronics that seemingly broke just because they could, Susan had nothing on her mind besides a hot shower and some well deserved sleep. Jack nor Felix were paying her enough, maybe she'd just take a few days off. See how long Charles could hold down the fort. Okay, maybe that was a horrible idea.

No telling what that man would break when she wasn't around to keep him from goofing off. Sure, he was reliable when he wanted to be, but without her around Charles would probably just spend the entire day doing a whole lot of nothing. Or maybe not, he was unpredictable.

Susan wasn't sure what you'd told her. She already had a migraine–from all of the coffee–so she just nodded and said 'sure' before barging out of the doors and beelining it straight to the employees only parking lot. It hadn't donned on her just what she had agreed to do until she got the phonecall the next morning.

And so, here she was...at a fair of all things. What self-respecting woman in her thirties would do this? Certainly not her! But it was too late now, and while she could have definitely said 'no, I'm going back to bed' on the phone, she was honestly bored. Besides, it was better than just sitting in her apartment all day over the weekend.

Ferris wheel here she comes. Hell, Susan hadn't been on one for...well, she lost count.

She wasn't enjoying this, no, definitely not. Sure, maybe she was smiling more than she'd probably done in the past month, but she was just frowning...

    ...an upside down frown.

    "This is practically abduction man..."
