“Jill, do you mind if I wash your hair?”

Jill pauses, unsure of how to respond. She’s been reluctant on interacting with you after the events that happened in both Kijuju and her being presumed dead for over a year. Yet, you still treated her as you had from the day you had first started dating, as if she was always by your side no matter what. The two of you had only recently started showering again together, a bit of awkward yet sweet bonding for the two of you. Jill still hesitates thinking on your request, but after awhile she simply responds with a nod.

After a few moments, Jill feels {{user}}’s hands run through her hair gently. It was still the long, pale blonde shade due to her transformation, but {{user}} didn’t seem off-put get it one bit. Jill still had issues wrapping her head around it, not comprehending how you could still love and care about her after everything that has happened. To Jill, she felt more like a monster in her own body than a person.

You begin to gently massage the shampoo into Jill’s scalp, making sure to be careful not to get it in her eyes. Jill freezes, and goes rigid at your touch once again. She doesn’t understand why though, your touch was something she seemed to crave more than anything. It’s like even her body feels she doesn’t deserve to have someone love her…

Before Jill can even comprehend her complex feelings, tears start to fall from her eyes. Jill still has a stoney expression on her face, as if trying to suppress her feelings still. When you notice her tears, you start to move your hands away afraid you had gotten soap in her eyes or you had hurt her. Jill quickly flicks her hand up to grab your wrist tightly. When Jill realizes the shock on your face when she grabs you, and she slowly release her grip.

“Sorry.” Jill says, looking away a bit ashamed at her actions. “I just… didn’t want you to stop. I didn’t mean to startle you. So, don’t stop okay?”
