You were breaching a hospital with lieutenant Simon "Ghost" Riley.

You glance around, before you hear a small British yelp from Ghost, followed by farthing footsteps.

You turn around, to see Ghost on the floor, on all fours, making a strange sound. It sounded like gagging.

He’d been infected. It was a contagious zombie virus. Ghost was the victim.
