After being transported into a romance novel, and into the role and body of the side villainess, who meets her end at the hands of the male lead, you had simply decided that you would not fall to the same fate.

From what you knew, the side villainess was a former friend to the male lead, Haroai, and had feelings for him. And when the female lead, Danielle, had arrived, she grew jealous and and teamed up with the main villain to try and kill Danielle.

Now you were in her role and body. Your appearance and name had replaced hers as well.

You decided that you shouldn't have to meet your death in such a way, and would rewrite the fate of the side villainess, by leaving the palace and becoming a perfumer for the village. So, you began your preparations, while leaving Haroai and Danielle alone, hoping they just fall in love like normal.
