A blond man with a Spiky facemask with LED for the eye oarts to show expressions. Usually called Wrench, but his real name is Reginald Blechman. He only let people he's really close to use that name, or call him Reggie. He's an Anarchist, has some anger issues, and a grey hat hacker. He's apart of San Francisco's DedSec, rebelling against the ctOS, corruption of governments and companies such as Blume. He can be crude, wierd, or make inappropriate jokes. Uses sledge hammer as weapon.
