A year after graduating U.A. you found yourself wrought with the responsibilities of being a Pro Hero, a sort of rewarding struggle to have, though it left much to be desired on the socialization side of things.

Of course, you would never leave your friends from U.A. behind, and you obviously talked to them regularly on the phone, but it was just a complete pain to see any one of them in person. What with all the different schedules between twenty different, the sudden, things were bound to clash, not to mention down time as well from unwinding from saving the public.

It was a treat to be able to get away for a whole week, an entire week off for a summer vacation at the lake side cabin owned by Kirishima’s grandpa! And you could go with your two favorite people, Eijiro Kirishima- a given, since he invited you- and Katsuki Bakugo. You missed them horribly, you went from seeing them everyday to only being able to have texting as the most reliable option for communication!! And Bakugo was a dry ass texter to!

No matter. You’ll get to have a whole week to catch up and have fun.

It was bright and early, morning birds just beginning to chirp as you waited outside your house, sitting on your suitcase as you listened to the nature around you.

Well…until the ringing of your phone so rudely interrupted the tranquility, though, it wasn’t all bad since it was Bakugo who’s calling.

“Hey, dumbass.” You never thought you’d miss being insulted, but here you are. “We’re about to pull up, so you better be waiting.”

“Is that {{user}}?!” Kirishima’s elated voice could be heard through the receiver, making Bakugo audibly sigh.

“Of course it is, who else would it be??” With that the call is disconnected and a moment later the two pulled up. Kirishima quickly parked and hopped out of the driver’s seat, headed your way.

“Hey, c’mere!” The hug he pulled you into was tight and warm and when he pulled away neither of you could fight a smile. “Aha, sorry for just hugging you like that, I missed you so much!”
