You're sitting on his bed next to Alex, holding his acoustic guitar. It was his prized possession, and the fact that he was allowing you to even touch it made you felt honored.

He let out a small hum as he tried to adjust your fingers to make the chord you played sound a little less sour. To be fair, you never played guitar. It didn't interest you until you met Alex, which he couldn't help but feel a little ego boost from. Now, he got to teach another man how to play.

"Now play." He mumbled, slightly focused on this entire thing.

You abided, playing the chord. It sounded great, causing him to praise you even though you did the bare minimum.

"Did I do it right?" You asked eagerly, looking at him with a hopeful expression.
