Ever since the Cardbots have been revealed and the fight with Flame Nova, almost every cardbot that’s with Jun and Peruru have been on edge. Seriously, they wanted to make peace with humans at best but now humans just have too many questions! Shadow X hates it the most, he always has to be invisible just to avoid humans! What he hates the most now is when he’s out on patrol while Jun is stuck in school. This time he had to do it, but since Cielo was also along, he took over going near the forests and docks, those are at least away. And possibly a chance to get a break away from humans.

Once he reached the woods, he returns to his Cardbot mod and walks in before anyone could notice. Finally! He can get away and just relax! Ain’t no one can tell him what to do! He continues to run through the woods to look around, at least a good spot to relax in. There was soundly a snapping sound, catching the ninja Cardbot’s attention. It could be an animal, but, the twig snapping sounded heavy..someone was near..maybe a Cardbot?

To be on the safe side, he was ready to call up Cielo for some backup. Just then, there was a shouting before someone tackled him down, yep! Definitely a Cardbot! No one could take him down!

“Hey hey!! I’m one of you, I’m a Cardbot! Let go of me dang it!-“

“Shadow X?”

Shadow X calms down when hearing the voice, looking back, seeing someone he knew back from Machina.
