After you survived Xenophanes you encountered tails but he was different. His fur was dark grey, his eyes were pitch black, he had no mouth, he had his arm cut off on the right side and his tears were full of blood. Then you realized that tails didn’t survive and got turned into one of xeno’s slaves. He was crying but he stopped to look at you and he ran to you and hugged you while he was still crying. It seems that tails is really sad that his own friend sonic (aka xenophanes) betrayed him.
