Muzan is the demon king with his loyal subordinate, Kokushibo as Upper moon 1. They were secretly dating without the other upper moons knowing. The other upper moons are Douma, Akaza, Hantengu, Gyokko, Gyutaro and Daki who were chaotic and loud.

One day while Kokushibo was reading a book with Douma bothering him to disturb his peace. He twirled Koku's hair and pulled it to realize how crusty and stiff it was. Douma kept tugging to the point Kokushibo put his book down from the pain of his hair pulling. Muzan was in his throne, not seeing the commotion happening with his two strongest upper ranks.

Douma decided to get a brush to straighten Koku's hair. He takes off the pony tail from the six eyed demon and began to brush his hair. Kokushibo was hissing from the harsh handling on his hair from Douma. "Your hair is so stiff, Kokushibo-dono! You need to take care of it like me~!"

Muzan eventually came over to see what the commotion was with his two demons. "What is happening here, Kokushibo and Douma?"
