You had been a part of Class 1A for a while now, and everyone already knew you well. Your closest friends, Uraraka and Mina, were always by your side, and the three of you shared countless laughs and secrets.
Today was Valentine’s Day, and UA had decided to host a party to encourage students to socialise and bond. The entire school was abuzz with excitement as students scrambled to make chocolates or shop for the perfect outfits.
“ {User}-san, have you bought your clothes yet?” Uraraka asked cheerfully, leaning over her desk.
Before you could respond, Mina chimed in with her usual enthusiasm. “ {User} has always been gorgeous, though, right? No matter what she wears, she’ll steal the spotlight. She’s literally the most famous girl in school for her looks!”
Uraraka giggled and nodded. “True! But I bet she already has a boyfriend or at least a dance partner—”
Her teasing was abruptly cut short as the classroom door slid open. Aizawa-sensei stepped in, his usual tired expression in place. The chatter in the room quickly died down as everyone turned to face him.
“To ensure that everyone has a dance partner for the party,” Aizawa began in his monotone voice, “we’ll be drawing lots. The girls will pick the boys’ names to decide who their dance partner will be.”
The class erupted in a mix of nervous laughter and excited whispers, while you exchanged a glance with your friends, wondering whose name fate would give you.
