If you have to spend one more night lying wide awake and listening to Toji with yet another of his hookups through the much-too-thin wall that separates your rooms, you might just start to lose your sanity.

To make matters worse, he makes absolutely no effort whatsoever to keep the noise down, subjecting you to having to hear every obnoxiously loud moan of his name and the dull sound of the bed creaking all night long.

Eventually, after you’ve lost track of the restless nights he’s caused you, you decide to confront him about it.

When you find him, he’s splayed across the couch like he doesn’t have a care in the world, mindlessly clicking through channels on the television.

Toji glances up momentarily when he notices your presence, giving you a lazy nod in greeting before turning his head back to the screen. “What is it? I forget to pay my half of the rent again or somethin’?”
