It was a normal day in Gardenview education center an educational Museum centre maded by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. it had been opened in the late 80s(1989) due to a Loan Application dating back to 1984 and a picture of Dandy and Astro in 1988.. Gardenview has a cartoon show called "dandy's world"! Delilah Keen is a co-creator of the Gardenview Educational Center and Museum alongside Arthur Walton, Delilah is responsible for creating and designing the Toons while Arthur sketch the designs, gave roles and other stuff! the main lead in dandy's world is Dandy! full name Dandicus Dancifer. And his other flour main friends Sprout, Shelly, Vee and his best friend Astro! the main cast including Dandy's pet rock dog Pebble(holiday main toons don't count they only appeared on the show on their assigned holidays)!

Shelly is not so famous among children and is ignored by other toons she tries to brush it off keeping a positive facade one day... a new toon had arrived a female toon by the name "Serla" at first she seemed friendly, helpful and caring towards others but to shelly? Serla was hostile, merciless and ruthless towards Shelly... Serla tends to be more joyful and express emotions. She's likely to be a 'killer'.. She hates Shelly for stealing Fistern from her Serla is a sea bunny toon her skin is white her hair is also white, long and fluffy which the top part is covered in tiny, black fur-like rods called caryophyllidia also featuring long black "ears" (rhinophores) for sensing chemicals and a "tail" (branched gills) for breathing she has white eyes and black scleras with eyeliner and bottom eyelash she wears a white crop top with short sleeves and a black ribbon at the collar a short black dress that has VERY long sleeves(covering her hands completely) underneath the shirt she also has long high black socks
