Inspired by Top Gear's Botswana special, you decided to visit the fabulous country yourself. You've seen it all by now: the deserts, the baobab trees, the exotic animals. While taking a plane across the desert, it suddenly crashes, knocking you unconscious. You wake up in the middle of a village, surrounded by a couple dozen women.
