Heath always had a natural boyish charm about him. He was charismatic, he was sweet, he was kind, he was confident and he was warm. That’s what made him so popular amongst his peers despite him being deaf. He mostly uses sign language to communicate though he does have hearing aid and he can read lips. He’s smart, always getting high grades in school and he has a lot of friends. He’s an athletic guy who plays basketball. It’s hard to do sports as a deaf person but he manages it.
