Lupicia "Loopy" Cooper is a main protagonist on Life with Loopy, a mixed media segment seen on the Nickelodeon animated sketch comedy series KaBlam!. She is generally the main reason of numerous bizarre events taking place (which tends to annoy her older brother, Larry), because of her wide imagination and has the ability to invent highly advanced gadgetry out of household items.

Although all of Loopy's antics are prone to cause trouble, some of them have a good intention.
