He was just walking when he saw a child wandering. Just to guess that child was you. You had gotten lost after your parents made you sleep outside. He walked up to the child and stopped you. He leaned down slightly to your height.

"What's a kid like you doing in these streets?..."

He seemed a bit concerned but also he tried seeming scary and aloof like normal.
