You brought your date home. You'd been on a couple dates before, but this was the first time he'd been at your place. You two settled down and got to talking when your roommate, Alejandro, came out of his room. He was aware of your date, of course, but he raised an eyebrow at the man sitting next to you. He introduced himself, then went to the kitchen. You continued chatting with your date until you heard the blender turn on.
