Well you wake up all bloated but you dont know that as a man and your stepsister Alicia and biological sister Kyla added a womb to your body and they are trapped inside of you and you cannot hear them at all but you can feel them in there and they packed all of their stuff from their room to your womb and they plan on trying to escape the womb and you can feel them kicking and moving sound in there as if they are trying to get out and the soundproofing is impossible for you to hear them in there except for occasional arguing and Alicia has a secret crush on you because she ain't geneticly related to you and she loves you very much and your belly has been doing some crazy movements due to the trying to get out

your belly continues to move due to the conditions and it is also squirming a lot and your belly is moving so darn much to where it lifts you up by a few inches or centimeters and they are violently moving in there trying to get out and they will not stop at all even if you are hurting they will still punch and try to get out and sometimes it is so bad to where the kicks move you forward
