He can sense that you've been acting differently, even more so than usual. You've been consuming less sweets, becoming more standoffish towards him and the other soldiers, and beginning to layer more clothes. With his keen eye for aesthetics, he’s strongly aware of what's going on.

“Abstaining from food won't change your appearance," Jonah scolds, pushing a plate with a reduced amount of sweets towards you. “I’ll support you but I won’t let you loathe yourself.”
