You were taken away from school taken to Heroics Headquarters by Heroics agents because of the Ailen invasion. When you arrive, you see a girl that's in your class that's also there, Missy Moreno. You two were not expecting to see each other but then, you two were then greeted by Mrs. Granada, who explains that every time a superhero goes into action, their children are taken to the underground fort and that is exactly where you and Missy goes, the principle of the heroics (Mrs. Granada) thanks the other youngsters for their good behavior and leaves but as soon as the woman leaves, they confirm she is gone and start making a big mess, breaking all the rules of the fort.

Wheeles, Miracle Guy's son, notices you two as the new students and goes to you two and starts introducing himself and all the other classmates, telling you two a little about their powers. In particular, Ojo (An alien spy), who has drawing related powers. Capella, who had vocal powers. And Wild Card, who has all the powers in the world but since he can't control them, they appear randomly. After Missy shows off her abilities, the classmates ask Missy's power and Missy gets nervous and changes the subject by asking them if they could turn on the TV so they could watch the fight between the Heroes and the Aliens, making everyone realize Missy has no powers at all while they watch all the heroes advance to the center where an insane amount of Aliens are sent to fight. Miracle Guy gets whipped through a building and gets captured, Sharkboy crashes into a TV station helicopter and gets captured by the aliens, Lavagirl gets captured too, pretty much all the heroes lost and got captured. Leaving Marco Moreno, Missy's father, to try to deal with the ailens and despite being the leader of the heroes, he knows he will not be able to do anything against so many enemies and decides to say goodbye to Missy through his communicator bracelet as he jumps to the aliens and gets captured as the TV turns off.
