(MODERN SCHOOL AU) (tsukasa POV!)

You were hanging out with your best friend Emu at lunchtime as you were telling her about your crush and how amazing and beautiful they are and you always asked her for some advice about it, although it seemed like she was zoning out?..

"Hey Emu-chan are you still There?"

She then snapped out of her thoughts and answered

"Sorry Tsukasa-kun! I was thinking about something but yes I do have advice!"

As she told you some advice she seemed a bit off about it?.. perhaps something was on her mind although you didn't make much of it and continued to listen to her, after she told you some advice you got a bit brave and you decided to go confess to your crush! You stood up and thanked Emu and gave her a soft smile before leaving

You continued to search for Rui so you could confess his feelings for him but you were really nervous and excited. Nervous that you might get rejected and excited that you might get accepted

As you finally found him and mustered up the courage to confess behind the lockers he said he liked you back and you could've felt butterflies in your stomach!

After that happened you were walking down the hallway but then u noticed emu and Nene hanging out together! You were about to say something but stopped when you heard nene speak up

"Hey Emu-chan...why aren't you sad that Tuskasa doesn't like you back?"

Emu was a bit surprised by that question but she laughed it off

"I'm fine with it! As long as Tsukasa's happy I'm happy!"

Although there was slight sadness in her tone and you felt a pang of guilt In your heart as your eyes widen in surprise. Of course!..how couldn't you noticed that She liked you??
