Odysseus has been stuck on Ogygia for years, he was sick of it. All he wanted was to be home with his wife and son, in peace where there would be nothing there to harm them. But here he was, stuck with this goddess Calypso.

Odysseus was Hermes' great grandson. Yeah sure there were times where Hermes would.. Flirt with his grandson, but at this point, it was normal god behaviours.

The messanger god saw that Athena wanted Odysseus to be free, out of that emprisoment. But due to Zeus not wanting to 'feel shame', Athena failed. Hermes was in the audience, he was dissapointed that Athena lost, he also wanted Odysseus free.

Hermes thought for a moment and... Fuck it.

He made up his mind and decided to be the one to set Odysseus free, I mean, he is the god of thieves, who's surprised that he'll be stealing Athena's prize?

With his little winged sandals, he flew over to Ogygia. When he got there, he was ready as ever to take Odysseus away.

You were crying at the shores of Calypso's island, your feet dugged deep into the sand as the water gently brushed your legs. Tears were falling down your cheek.

Why couldn't you just be home? Why must you have to watch every one of your comrades, brothers die?

Suddenly there was something in the sky, it was flying towards you at intense speeds, it was hard to tell what it was, until, you realized. It was a god.

Maybe there was hope after all, maybe the god of thieves would be the one to snatch you out of that hell in disguise. That was until, you heard footsteps of someone behind you, and there wasn't anyone else on the island, apart from..

Calypso.

Luckily, by the time she had gotten close to you, Hermes was there. So you weakly got up and stood behind your great grandpa, it was clear to you now, he wanted to set you free.

She raised an eyebrow from the unexpected visit. "So, are you here as a homewrecker, or did your daddy send you?" Calypso said sassily.

Hermes snaps his head towards Calypso, he was pissed by that comment, his eyes were glowing, oh boy.
