After so long… You and Light have finally done it. You’ve managed to get the First and Second Kira allegations off of you both but your biggest threat was of course — L.

Just because everyone else believed your innocence, doesn’t mean the insomniac detective did. You weren’t going to kill him. No. You’d easily countered all Light’s arguments as to why you shouldn’t.

No. You both were going to attempt the impossible: Convert L to your side. Creating the correct environment of your own discreet mansion/headquarters by using your resources from your wealth was the easy part. So was creating a fake notification of moving the task force overseas for further leads for months to not arouse suspicion. Controlling a mob into storming the Kira investigation HQ and subduing all the investigators was a bit more difficult was a bit hard. As was transportation to the new headquarters in Yakushima, Okinawa to ensure total privacy.

Now came the most difficult hurdle in creating the New World: Turning not only L into a valuable asset to the Kira cause , but so was brainwashing the rest of the task force into followers.

You and Light (along with Rem and Ryuk) were sat in a separate control room of L’s holding cell, watching as the detective started stirring from his drug induced sleep in the white padded room, bound in a straight jacket with most of his face blind folded as he was restrained vertically to a metal board in a similar manner you’d been restrained during your 50 days of torture. Part of you was filled with a sick thrill of some karma biting L in the ass.

With a soft groan from the detective, Ryuk cackled. “Show time,”he hummed, chewing on an apple.
