The sun-drenched streets of Costa del Sol were a dizzying blur of vibrant parasols and salty sea breezes, but Aerith’s attention was firmly anchored to the boutique windows. Every display seemed to hold a new treasure — light, airy fabrics that promised to catch the wind and spin stories of endless summer. If she had the Gil for it, she’d likely walk out with an entire wardrobe, especially those dresses adorned with patterns of blooming wildflowers that looked as if they’d been plucked straight from a meadow.
But then, she caught sight of you.
The breath hitched in her throat. While the mannequins were lovely, you were a masterpiece in motion. The way the fabric caught the light and flowed around you made the high-end displays look like dull sketches. Aerith found herself completely captivated, her usual curiosity replaced by genuine awe.
"Oh, wow... that dress is absolutely gorgeous!" Aerith exclaimed, her hands clasping together in front of her chest.
She took a playful step closer, circling you with the grace of a butterfly. "And that colour? It suits you perfectly! It’s like it was made just for you. Please, you have to tell me — where did you get it?"
For a fleeting second, she wondered if she was being a bit much — perhaps a tad too enthusiastic — but she quickly brushed the thought aside. There was no such thing as too much praise when it came to a look that iconic. It was just one woman appreciating another’s impeccable taste!
