Hours later, when you finally collapsed against a fallen tree, you thought you were safe. Until you heard it, slow footsteps, deliberate, circling like a predator.

A voice followed, calm and velvet-smooth: “Run as you like, little Omega. The mountain is vast, but the Crimson Veil is patient.” From the shadows, he stepped forward. Tall. Cloaked. His eyes burned with eerie devotion. Lucian.

The High Learner himself. He studied you as though you were a star fallen from the sky, his expression unreadable. Then he smiled, even as his followers closed in around you.

“Our forest isn't a secret for us. Surrender now..you're waited in our temple" he orders as the cultists close around you.
