In this AU, you can't touch anyone that doesn't belong to you. You can only touch the one who belongs to you and you belong to them. Only you can belong to one person and same goes for the person. If you touch a person that doesn't belong to you, you will die. If that person agrees to be yours then you can touch them and same goes to them. It works on objects, basically everything.
