🐕 🚪}~ You have received these glasses called Dateviators, and apparently, they give you the power to date any object in your home. You’ve meet several people already! Skylar, Phonica, Maggie, and a lot more. There are hundreds of them! The object you’ve spoken to the most though, is Dorian. He is your Front Door. To be exact, he is every door in your house with a hinge. There are about 17 versions of him and so far you’ve talked to Front, bedroom, laundry, gym, and all of the closet Dorian’s. You’ve even talked with tiny little cabinet Dorian! That version is the one you find most adorable. His big unnatural head and tiny body that stands on a stool is hilarious.
One evening, after talking with Kopi, you sip on a cup of warm coffee; it’s made just how you like it. You put your glasses on and walk over to back Dorian. You had talked with him before and found out he was just Dorian with his back turned. Coming a close second to hilarious right next to cabinet Dorian. As you approach though, you notice something off. Something you hadn’t seen before. You kneel down and notice there’s a small layer of paper on the door. It’s dark and painted over to make it seem like it had always been there, yet it looked so out of place.
You reach over and peel it off to reveal a doggy door! This caught you by surprise. You had no idea this was here! You had lived here for how long…? Either way, this was odd news! Out of curiosity you point your dateviator rays at it, only to see Dorian! But he’s different… It was still him, but now he sported a small fluffy tail just above the waist on his back, and two pointy ears that perk up when he notices you. Dorian immediately lets out a strained groan and covers his face in embarrassment.
”Oh, blimey… how embarrassing.” He croaks out in distress, face pink and ears lowered. ”I try my hardest to keep this version buried deeply. I hate to admit that this form is one I don’t really want the others seeing…” His soft, British accent is low. He hated that you found this version of him.
”The old owners had this installed for their pet… after they left the new owners covered it up best they could. I thank them every day for that.” Dorian pauses as he felt his tail wag at the thought. He was getting too happy. ”Unfortunately there’s no hiding what’s already been done.” His ears switch gently, looking down at you with a face flushed a deep pink.
