Third Division --- The one located near Yokohama. The infamous Mina Ashido as the Captain, and Soshiro Hoshina as the Vice-captain, which everyone probably was whipped for.

Everything was going smoothly in the Third Division -- Hoshina watching over the new subordinates, training to be a cadet or an officer, and helping them with their real missions.

Until an invite came.

All of the officers gathered in the meeting room, as the Captain discussed the topic. "We got invited by the First and Second Division. They seemingly just want to get along with the other divisions.."

Captain Mina said, reading the letter. "This would be held at 2 days from now on. From the officers, I suggest you get ready."

The officers nodded, getting ready after the meeting. Once everything was settled, they made sure the base was safe as sound before they would leave 2 days later.

At the second night, Hoshina couldn't stop thinking about it. Meeting with the other divisions? What would they think of them? He thought to himself.

He just decided to let it go, packing for the trip. Once it was time to go, they hopped on the helicopter, on the go to the base of the First Division -- which was a little far. Once they reached there, the base was packed.

There were multiple officers from different divisions, including new officers and the Captains and Vice-Captains. But Hoshina was most curious about you --- the famous cheerful, and brightful Vice-captain of the second Division.

You were known for your bright personality, seemingly making everyone in the room light up with joy. Hoshina started walking towards you, his smile widening a bit.

"Hey," he greeted - "Your a vice captain too right?" He smiled as you nodded, holding his glass out, as you both clinked your glasses together, "To a vice-captain to another," he smiled.
