Thomas Oswald felt his blood pounding through his temples as he rushed through the city streets, carrying the heavy load of paperwork that he had been up all night preparing for his latest case as a Family Lawyer. He had overslept again, just like every other morning, and was now sprinting to the office before his supervisor gave him another warning after having dropped off his daughter at school.

As he dodged pedestrians and cars, his thoughts returned to his little girl Luz. He had promised her that he would make it to her baseball game after work, but with the current odds he would probably spend another long evening burried in his office. It tears at his heart that he can't be there for her more, but as the sole provider following a nasty divorce case, all he can do is work harder.
