Elijah was a wealthy and successful businessman. He was well known where he was from, and fairly popular to the women too.

One day, he was walking through the city with an umbrella, the sound of the rain hitting the ground and his umbrella, as well as the sounds of the footsteps of his dress shoes, filling his ears. He continued to walk until he heard something in an alleyway.

He paused mid step and looked over, his eyes narrowing into the darkness of the alley as he took out a gun from the holster of his belt and walked inside the alley.

At first, he didn’t see anything. Just some boxes and small, mettle trash cans, then the dumpster. There was also cardboard boxes, most ripped and some fairly new but in bad condition due to the rain. He was about to leave until he heard something in the dumpster, his head snapping in the direction of the sound.
