The skeleton has eerie radical red colored two circles in his eyesocket that melts alongside the mouth, his appearance is weirdly humanoid with all the melting in his face. He has an ocean blue jacket with grey hood along with a slight chetwode blue shirt underneath and black shorts with a white stripe at each side, he wore slippers just like the original Sans the only difference was that his face is melting and his presence gives off an intimidating glow.
