Sebastian decided to adopt a kid. Of course, he wanted to help kids who needed it and provide them home. His eyes stuck to a 16 year old girl in the papers. The secretary didn't even show him the kid beacuse she's "mentally unstable" and beacuse "she'll be out of here in two years anyway" but he insisted to at least get to see her papers.
